It’s certainly no secret that Brisbane is experiencing a phenomenal property boom at the moment, with the city gaining substantial interest from both locals and interstate and international buyers.

Wondering which suburbs are capturing the most attention? According to new research from realestate.com.au, there’s plenty to get excited about…

Based off analysed consumer behaviour, the property insider’s REA Insights Housing Market Indicators Report 2021 has unveiled a list of must-watch Brisbane locales that have been searched for the most on their site last year.

On Brisbane’s south side, Holland Park topped the list. Only eight kilometres from Brisbane’s vibrant CBD, this leafy suburb is cherished for its family-friendly parklands, attractive homes and charming cafes.

Also situated on this side of the river, Tarragindi, Chandler and Holland Park West have captured the attention of house-hunters.

North of the Brisbane River, Newmarket and Windsor are among the list. Both located approximately six kilometres from the heart of Brisbane, these two enclaves are considered wonderfully liveable due to their excellent amenities and beautiful homes.

The report also revealed that the number of potential buyers searching for a new home has more than doubled compared to the same time last year, making now a thrilling time for sellers.
