The team of experts work closely with Place agents to ensure campaigns are tailored to a client's situation and managed from end-to-end without a hitch.
The contracts team have a direct impact on each and every agent and sales administrator across the group, ensuring that listing administration, contracts and property settlements are managed with precision and speed. There is a heavy focus on compliance with applicable legislation and best practice.

The largest corporate team is finance, who work towards timely and accurate processing of all accounting functions of all the Place businesses. Reporting to the CFO, duties are highly varied, from day-to-day bookkeeping to providing directors key financial information that assists in making strategic decisions.
Our HR team support the needs of our 400+ staff members at Place. Generalist in nature, these roles cover recruitment, onboarding, HR best practice, employee relations and employment data whilst also working on longer term projects and initiatives to better employee's experience at Place. We take great pride in having an approachable, open minded and friendly HR team who genuinely care about the people of Place.
The Place brand possesses considerable equity in the Brisbane marketplace, which is maintained by the Corporate Marketing team. In 2020, Place undertook a complete rebrand to bring a contemporary look to the business and set a new standard for the Brisbane real estate market. The team covers all functions of marketing, as well as working closely with other teams in head office to enhance their communication with clients.
Our PR people have first-hand experience in the media-world; they understand what makes a newsworthy story and how to find an engaging angle that will be promoted through mainstream media platforms. This free publicity provides credibility from a third party, building on the work from our marketing team and supporting agents out in the field.
With innovation at the forefront of everything we do, technology is a vital component of the support provided to Place offices. This team manage business and program processes and operating systems to ensure efficiency within the business whilst ensuring all technology needs are met.
