Right now, online search on sites such as realestate.com, Domain and ePlace is higher than it has ever been. Importantly, listing levels remain low, implying a healthy rate of absorption from buyers. In other words, there is far more demand than there is supply and as we see the back end of COVID-19, there’s never been a better time to consider selling your home.
