Sunday by the River

Where: Newstead House, Breakfast Creek Rd

Run by the Food Truck Collective Brisbane in conjunction with Newstead House, Sunday by the River is the ultimate way to spend a winter’s afternoon.

Surrounded by the sound of live jazz and food truck aromas, pull up a picnic rug and lounge around in the sun by the river.

Totally free and pet friendly, the afternoon will be serving up delicious eats to suit everyone’s taste, with Brisbane’s favourite food trucks catering the event alongside Newstead Brewery.

Christmas in July

Where: New Farm Cinemas, Brunswick Street

Yes, it may be a few months until Christmas, but we fully support getting festive mid-year!

It’s time to pull out the Christmas sweaters and gather your friends and family for a night out at New Farm Cinemas.

Teneriffe Festival

When: July 7, 10:00 – 21:00

Where: Teneriffe, Brisbane

Teneriffe’s favourite social gathering is back this month!

Streets buzzing with people indulging in food-truck delicacies and lounging in the sun listening to live music at one of the pop-up bars – it’s a great way to spend a winter's day!

As a celebration of the suburbs industrial past and the creative, trendy nature of the streets today, the festival is a real toast to the 4005 hotspot.
