These days, it’s becoming more important for those working from home to find a suitable “office” space.
For Yildiz Sethi, a Psychotherapist, Astrologer and Personal Developer, finding the perfect space where she can work and live was a necessity.
When they built the home back in 2008, the home office was purposely designed for Yildiz to hold consultations, training sessions and meetings.
With two consultation rooms, a large training space, a bathroom and even a kitchen, this home office space would suit many types of businesses, both large and small.
Yildiz says she’s tended to work downstairs while living upstairs, which gave her living situation a “penthouse feel.”
Agent, Ian Walkley has also noticed a significant increase in buyers looking for a home with a suitable home office space.
