Place Opens Flagship Indooroopilly Office, Built for Growth, Clients and the Next Generation of Agents

Place One Group has officially opened its flagship Indooroopilly office, unveiling a purpose-built environment designed to attract more top talent and deliver a connected, elevated experience for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Brisbane’s western corridor.

Located within the architecturally designed Audrey building at 109 Clarence Road, the office spans the entire first floor and establishes a central base for Place’s growing footprint.

Place Managing Director Paul Curtain said the new office was designed with both people and performance in mind.

“This is about creating the right environment for our agents and our clients,” he said.

“We know the western corridor is evolving, and this office hub gives us the ability to bring the right people into the business while delivering a better, more seamless experience for the clients we represent every day.”

Mr Curtain said the move signals a clear focus on growth and strengthens Place’s presence in key postcodes 4068 and 4075 while positioning the business to expand further into high-demand markets including Kenmore, Chapel Hill, Fig Tree Pocket, Brookfield and the Centenary Suburbs.

“It’s not just about where we are today, it’s about the people who will join us next and the markets they will lead as Brisbane continues to expand,” he said.

Designed by Retail Collective Co, the office reflects Place’s reputation for design-led environments, with a warm, residential feel that prioritises both functionality and client experience.

The space includes multiple meeting suites, quiet phone booths, an operable wall for training and events, a dedicated print and production zone and 48 workstations, all designed to support a high-performance team environment.

Place Indooroopilly partner and lead agent, Peter May, said demand continues to grow across Brisbane’s western suburbs, particularly in family-focused markets further west.

“We’ve seen a clear shift in buyer activity beyond our established areas, with strong momentum building across the next layer of suburbs as families prioritise space, lifestyle and long-term value,” Mr May said.

“Place Indooroopilly puts us in the right position to support that demand and to grow alongside it.”

“We’ve created the platform for our people to grow, and for our clients to be better supported at every stage of their property journey.”

The Audrey development features ground floor retail including cafés and dining, creating a vibrant, connected precinct for clients and the broader community.
