Place One Group is excited to announce the launch of its newest location, Place Indooroopilly, marking a major westward expansion for Brisbane’s fastest-growing real estate collective.
Following the launch of Place Cannon Hill and Camp Hill, this new office continues The One Group’s vision to empower top-performing agents and redefine real estate leadership across Brisbane.
Place Indooroopilly will be led by a powerhouse execution team including One Group Managing Director Paul Curtain, alongside Principal’s Sam Kelso and Glenn Bool, and Partner, Peter May.

The office will occupy a brand-new commercial space inside The Audrey, a boutique eight-storey residential and retail development located at the prominent corner of Allwood Street and Clarence Road.
Just 300m from Indooroopilly Train Station and walking distance to the shopping centre, this landmark site combines lifestyle, visibility and high-quality design.
“We saw this as a one-off opportunity to position ourselves in the residential heart of Indooroopilly,” Mr Curtain said.
“We sell residential real estate, and now we’re right in the community we serve in Indooroopilly and Graceville, covering a broader footprint across Brisbane’s western suburbs.”
Set to open in summer 2025, the new space features ground-floor retail, upstairs offices with a private balcony, and secure visitor and basement parking.
