Michael joined Place as a Business Development Manager before joining Team Aaron Woolard Property as a Sales Associate. It wasn't long before he outgrew this position and became a Lead Agent within the team. Michael has shown a commitment to his craft from day one, and is always going the extra mile to provide incredible service to his valued clients.

Shannon has been an Agent at Place Bulimba for 20 years and is known in the community for her generosity to a variety of causes alongside being a fantastic agent. She has been named the REIQ Residential Salesperson of the Year for the last two consecutive years.
Owen Chen - Residential Salesperson SEQ Settled Commissions
Owen Chen is the Selling Director at Place Sunnybank, which he established with his wife Ping in 2016. Together, they lead a highly successful team of agents, property managers and administrators, and Owen remains one of the top agents in the area.
