Experienced real estate agents and business owners, Richard and Carrie Bischoff, are excited to share they have converted their Brisbane west agency into a Place Estate Agents.
“Richard and Carrie have returned home to Place,” Place Estate Agent’s CEO, Damian Hackett, said.
Richard worked with Damian in 1996 before Place was founded. He was then part of the journey when Place first opened its door in 2002.
“Richard was previously a valued member of the Place Bulimba team in sales and property management and financial controls; we have great confidence he will thrive under the Place brand again.”
“We are excited to have Richard, Carrie and the entire team become Place people to continue the growth of their already established business,” Damian said.
Richard has worked as a property valuer for CBRE and Propell National Valuers before opening his own real estate agency in Karana Downs with his wife and business partner, Carrie.
“We’ve had our eyes set on Place Estate Agents for a long time. Excuse the pun, but this has been our dream and it’s now falling into Place,” Carrie said.
Their office, which consists of sales agents, property managers, a support team and administration, recently took out Best Agency of the Year in Karana Downs, Karalee and Barellan Point (Rate My Agent).
“Place has built a strong business model, where their methods are backed by research. We’ve always admired the fresh approach and outstanding marketing and we look forward to growing our business further through its tried and tested model,” Richard said.
“We want our team’s future to grow, just like Damian has grown ours.”
The office will be serviced by the Place HQ model, which provides an entire suite of backend and administrative services to all sales offices, so that they can focus on what they do best, listing, selling and leasing property.
