With a professional background spanning the Australian Army, international security, Queensland Police Service and business management, Simon brings a disciplined and highly considered approach to real estate. His previous careers developed the skills that now shape the way he works with clients — preparation, communication, sound judgement and the ability to remain composed when important decisions need to be made.
Simon began his real estate career with Ray White North Lakes before progressing to Place, gaining hands-on experience across residential sales, buyer management, property marketing, negotiations and auction campaigns throughout Moreton Bay.
He is particularly focused on property positioning and negotiation. Simon takes the time to understand what makes each property valuable to different buyers, identify the right audience and develop a strategy designed to create competition and maximise the property’s potential.

Having made the Moreton Bay region home, Simon has a strong connection to the local community and is raising his four children in the area. Outside real estate, he maintains an active lifestyle, continues to serve as an Army Reservist and has spent years volunteering his time teaching self-defence and personal development.
