Beginning her journey as an Office Sales Associate allows her to develop a strong foundation in the industry while supporting the sales team and learning the intricacies of the property market.
Throughout her schooling, Sienna gained valuable experience in customer-focused environments, developing confident communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a natural capacity to build positive relationships with people from all walks of life.
Her interest in real estate was sparked during the sale of her family's home, where she witnessed first-hand the guidance, professionalism, and care that great agents provide during important life moments. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in the industry, with a strong belief in delivering quality service by understanding each client's unique situation.
In her role, Sienna supports the team with daily sales operations, administrative coordination, and client communication, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both clients and colleagues.
