Didar Singh Sandhu is a Sales Agent at Place North Lakes, bringing genuine relationship-building and a strong work ethic to real estate since joining the industry in 2021.
Originally from India, Didar moved to Australia in 2008, having already been involved in property projects there back in 2005–2006. Before real estate, he worked as a qualified teacher, then moved into transport, later managing courier contracts. His interest in property never faded, and after exploring small renovation and flipping projects in Australia, he made the move into real estate full-time in 2021. Since then, he's been involved in the sale of around 50 properties as both co-agent and lead agent.
What sets Didar apart is his ability to build genuine trust and communicate with confidence, backed by a practical approach and a determination to go the extra mile in every campaign. He's approachable and positive, and genuinely enjoys getting to know his clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve the best possible outcome. He's guided by doing the right thing and staying fully committed to his clients from start to finish.
Outside of work, Didar is a keen cricket player and sports enthusiast, with sport playing a big part in family life alongside his kids' soccer and cricket. He holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, and specialises in units and houses across North Brisbane and Toowoomba, with a focus on Mango Hill and Griffin. Didar is a great addition to the Place North Lakes team.
