Prior to moving into sales, Charlotte built a strong foundation in the industry working in a concierge role within a Brisbane real estate agency, giving her a deep understanding of the end-to-end campaign process and the level of detail required behind the scenes. She also gained early professional experience working in a law firm in New Zealand, developing strong communication skills and professionalism. Adaptable, confident, and hardworking, Charlotte brings honesty, follow-through, and genuine care to every interaction, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
Driven by a commitment to authenticity and connection, Charlotte believes every client deserves transparency and a straightforward approach, not just what is easy to hear. She is currently learning Spanish and is proud of her Chilean and Kiwi heritage, reflecting her curiosity and love of connecting with different people and cultures.
