Suburb Record on Second Sale: High-Performing Agent Joins Place Newmarket

A real estate professional with more than 20 years' industry experience, who set a suburb record early in her sales career before building one of Brisbane's strongest market shares, has joined Place Newmarket.

Lee Warren joins the growing business as Lead Agent, bringing extensive industry knowledge, strong community connections and an impressive track record across Upper Kedron, Ferny Grove and Brisbane's north-west.

After more than two decades in real estate across administration, project marketing and sales, Lee built her business from the ground up through relationships formed within her local community.

"I was meeting people every weekend and building relationships without even realising I was creating a future client base," Lee said.

"Once my boys were at school and I'd become part of the community, I realised I had everything I needed to take the leap."
