Strategic Growth Underpins Targeted Expansion at Place Redcliffe Peninsula

Monday February 16, 2026 ● By Jenna Fearnley // Place HQ

Place Redcliffe Peninsula has strengthened its local footprint with the appointment of two experienced Lead Agents, Amy McCurley and Craig Kingshott, reinforcing a deliberate strategy centred on suburb specialisation, service clarity and long-term coverage across the Redcliffe Peninsula and wider Moreton Bay region.

Principal and Lead Agent Jess Culling said the appointments reflect a shift away from volume-based recruitment toward a more considered, geographic model designed to benefit both clients and agents.

“Rather than growing for the sake of it, our focus is on ensuring every suburb is represented by a small number of dedicated, high-quality agents who truly know their patch,” Jess said.

“That means clients aren’t contacted by multiple agents from the same office, and our team can operate with clarity, accountability and consistent coverage across the region.”

Under the model, agents are assigned clearly defined suburb responsibilities, allowing them to specialise deeply in their local markets while ensuring comprehensive coverage as Moreton Bay continues to evolve.

Craig Kingshott, who has a focus on Kippa-Ring, brings more than 30 years of senior sales, marketing and leadership experience, including executive roles working with major national retailers and global brands.

A long-term local, Craig’s background in pricing strategy, negotiation and structured sales processes underpins a calm, strategic approach to residential property sales.

Amy McCurley, who will specialise in Redcliffe, brings more than five years’ experience across residential sales, property management and investor-focused real estate, alongside deep personal ties to the Peninsula.

A long-term local resident with children attending local schools, Amy offers a strong understanding of buyer behaviour, lifestyle drivers and long-term value in the area.

Both agents join Place from other established brands, drawn by the opportunity to build sustainable businesses within defined locations, supported by structure, systems and scale.

The waterfront-based Place Redcliffe Peninsula office supports this approach with in-house training, specialised data and research, structured lead-generation programs, a sales associate pathway and an in-house prospecting program designed to reach homeowners who may not have previously engaged an agent.

Craig said the clarity around suburb ownership and process was a clear point of difference.

“The structure here allows you to operate strategically, which ultimately creates a better experience for clients and a more sustainable model for agents,” he said.

Amy said Place’s emphasis on structure and long-term growth was key to her decision to join the office.

“The systems and support at Place allow you to build something long-term without losing the local focus clients value,” she said.

As population growth and infrastructure investment continue to reshape the Moreton Bay region, Jess said the office’s focus remains on thoughtful expansion rather than rapid scale.

“Our strategy is simple - put the right people in the right places, support them properly, and deliver a clear, high-quality experience for every client,” she said.
