Place Reveals First Look Landmark Indooroopilly Office: A New Hub for Brisbane’s Western Growth Corridor

Monday November 17, 2025 ● By Jenna Fearnley // Place HQ

Place One Group has unveiled the first renders of its flagship Indooroopilly office, a purpose-built real estate hub designed to support the next era of growth across Brisbane’s expanding western corridor.

Positioned within the architecturally designed Audrey building at 109 Clarence Road, the new office will occupy the entire first floor and act as a central base for Place’s rapidly increasing footprint across key western suburbs.

For 12 years, this business has been known as Place Graceville - a trusted presence in Brisbane’s inner-west. From 2026, it will take on its new identity as Place Indooroopilly, but its commitment to the community and the suburbs the team service remains as strong as ever.

The move also positions Place to further expand into the west’s major emerging growth corridors, including Kenmore, Chapel Hill, key acreage pockets and the broader Centenary Suburbs. make this better

Place Managing Director Paul Curtain said Indooroopilly was chosen as the strategic centre point for the western corridor’s future.

“Indooroopilly is the geographic heart of the west. It is where transport, retail and education intersect; Westfield, the University of Queensland, the train line, bus interchange and some of Brisbane’s most sought-after schools are all right here,” he said.

“It’s the ideal base for attracting new agents and partners who will help shape Place’s western presence over the next decade.”

Designed by Retail Collective Co’s Brooke Harlander, the office embraces warm textures, curved forms and a refined residential influence, reflecting Place’s design-led brand.

The renders reveal polished concrete floors, custom joinery, sheer-draped meeting rooms, collaboration booths, a break-out kitchen and an outdoor client terrace.

Paul said the environment has been built deliberately for scale, growth and the needs of a high-performing corridor.

“It is a purpose-built, premium environment for residential sales, property management and projects,” he said.

“It supports our existing teams and positions us for significant growth in the lead up to 2032.”

The office includes multiple meeting suites, quiet phone booths, an operable training wall, a dedicated print and production zone and 48 workstations.

The kitchen and breakout area, complete with curved bench seating, a large island, gunmetal fixtures and warm French-washed walls, anchors the culture-focused design.

Construction is underway, with completion and opening scheduled for January 2026.

“This office is designed for where Brisbane’s west is going and Indooroopilly gives us the best base to grow with the region,” Paul said.
