Christmas Light Display's Brisbane

Easily one of our favourite things about Christmas are the amazing light displays lovingly put together by Brisbane locals. This year, festive-fans are spoiled for choice!

We’ve done the hard work for you and gathered a guide to the most spellbinding Christmas light presentations across the city. Fire up the GPS, hit play on your favourite holiday playlist and go on an adventure!

In Brisbane’s northern suburbs, there is plenty to discover. Of course, you can’t miss seeing the incredible display from this year’s 4KQ Christmas Lights competition winner. Featuring everything from reindeer and teddies to kangaroos and snowmen, the epic ‘Lights on Daisy’ presentation at 48 Daisy Street in Grange is the stuff of festive daydreams.

While in the area, make tracks to 10 Mondial Drive, Warner for the aptly named ‘Warner’s Christmas Extravaganza’ and visit ‘Grandma’s Xmas Garden’ in 4 Huron Street, Banyo. Also worth adding to the list is 23 Arnica Crescent, Bald Hills and the mesmerising synchronised display at 27 Greenfield Road Capalaba. For something completely different, check out 29 Mercury Road, Mango Hills – expect waddling penguins, a towering Christmas tree and Santa riding a motorbike!

Dotted with extraordinary light displays, Brisbane’s southside does not disappoint. Long-time favourites (and for good reason), 20 Curragundi Road, Jindalee will have you feeling as if you’ve stumbled across a glittering Christmas wonderland when you wander through their phenomenal presentation. Minutes away, 4 Burwick Close, Middle Park and its music-paired display is like an outdoor disco. Head to 22 Rosemount Street, Sinnamon Park next, then visit 1 Moncrieff Court, Mount Ommaney and prepare to be stunned!

Venturing further south? Check out the breathtaking 11 Lucy Drive, Edens Landing, 16 Elkhorn Street, Mount Cotton and 4 Gregory Close, Drewvale. Driving to the eastern suburbs, you’ll come across a bedazzling and beautifully decorated Queenslander at 60 Harris Street, Hawthorne. Top everything off with selfies in the festive photo booths at 242 Stanley Road Carina.
