Founded over 50 years ago by the former Lord Mayor of Brisbane, the late Dr Clem Jones, this non-profit organisation is widely recognised for its extensive recreational facilities and its promotion of young peoples' participation in sporting and leisure activities. The centre has four swimming pools, a gym, a kids club and party facilities and is conveniently close to Southern Districts Basketball Association and Easts Hockey TigerTurf.
