Place One Group has unveiled the first renders of its new Wynnum Manly
office, marking the next evolution of its presence across Brisbane’s bayside.
The upcoming space represents a refinement of the brand’s existing foothold in the area, designed to better reflect the way clients and agents operate in one of Brisbane’s most lifestyle-driven markets.
Place Managing Director Paul Curtain said the new office at 5/453 Esplanade, Manly marks the next phase of Place’s bayside presence in the bayside, servicing key postcodes 4178 and 4179 and the surrounding coastal markets.
“This builds on our established presence in Wynnum Manly and reflects how we’re evolving, creating an environment that better matches the clients we work with and the way our agents operate in this market.”
Designed by Retail Collective Co’s Brooke Harlander, the Place Wynnum Manly office introduces a more relaxed, coastal interpretation of the brand.
The renders reveal a lighter, more open environment, with soft textures, natural finishes and a layout that balances performance with a strong sense of lifestyle.
Dedicated client spaces, collaborative zones and private meeting areas have been designed to create a more considered and seamless experience, while still supporting a high-performing team environment.
“In Wynnum, Manly, and surrounds, lifestyle is a big driver, but clients still expect a high level of service and results. The office needed to reflect that, not just how it looks, but how it functions day-to-day for both our team and our clients.”
Mr Curtain said the space would plays a role in attracting and supporting high-performing agents in the area.
“We’re seeing more agents move into markets like the bayside because of the long-term opportunity, but they still want the right environment around them to grow their business properly,” Mr Curtain said.
“This office gives them that platform. It raises the standard locally and creates a space where strong agents can operate at a high level, while delivering a more considered experience for clients.”
