Lead Agent Shane Hicks was recently invited to speak at the Rise Conference in Melbourne. His content was so good, we wanted to share it with you!
Shane joined Place 10 years ago as a Lead Agent and is now one of four agents in the esteemed Place Infinity Club. In that time, he has built an attraction business and has the highest market share of any agents in his key suburb of Camp Hill. He fundamentally believes in the Auction process and due to this, Camp Hill has the highest Auction volume over any other suburb in Queensland.
Shane also embodies what we fondly know as 'The Place Way,' which is about providing a launchpad for budding real estate agents in order to help them build a sustainable and successful career in Real Estate. People who currently or have worked in The Hicks Team, are examples of that and Shane experienced that himself when he joined the business, learning the ropes from none other than Damian and Sarah Hackett.
