Artboard 2    THE APPEAL

Close to the city but with all the benefits of a suburban lifestyle, Ashgrove is the perfect Place to call home. Servicing the suburb, Waterworks Road is the main thoroughfare and is the access point for many of Ashgrove's local businesses, cafes and restaurants. Stop by Cakes by JudyC for a decadent cake and a coffee or head over to Rufus King Seafoods to taste fresh, first class seafood from Amity Point, North Stradbroke Island.

Alongside the multitude of local businesses and cafes to explore, Ashgrove inhabits highly regarded Brisbane schools including Ashgrove State School and Mt St Michael's College, making Ashgrove a fitting suburb for busy, growing families.

Artboard 9    THE REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY

Leafy, green and characterised by its hilly terrain, Ashgrove remains predominately a suburb of detached, single swelling homes, with many beautiful, old Queenslander homes lining the streets. Famously known around Brisbane, the 'Ashgrovian' style home is the common term coined for 'grand gabled' Queenslanders built between the late 1920s and WWII which originated from Ashgrove.

Many of the 'Ashgrovian' homes within the suburb have been beautifully renovated with modern fixtures and upgrades whilst still maintaining the character and class of the original home.
