Dean is an experienced property professional with well-rounded skills covering valuation, property research and major development site sales and acquisitions. He has provided strategic consultancy services to many financiers, receivers, government organisations, publicly listed companies and private developers, putting him in the best possible position to provide advice on any of your property needs.
Prior to commencing at Place Projects, Dean held numerous top-level management positions at the likes of Heron Todd White and PRDNationwide Consulting. During his time in these positions he received many awards, being named the Commercial Valuer of the Year and Number 2 Salesperson in Australia before that.
Dean also holds a Master of Business (Property), Bachelor of Business (Applied Economics and Resources Management) and a Diploma in Property. He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute’s Queensland State Committee and the Chair of their Toowoomba Discussion Group.
His experience and qualifications make him highly equipped to provide trusted advice on a range of complex property related issues.
