With six years of experience in the real estate industry, Brittney brings a well-rounded understanding of leadership, sales and property management to her role at Place One Group. Having worked across all facets of the real estate business, she has developed a strong foundation in client service, team development, and operational excellence.
In her previous corporate and franchise operations roles, she successfully managed the onboarding and operational support of up to 31 offices simultaneously. This experience has equipped her with the skills to lead with confidence and ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding process for new team members.
Now, as part of the Place One Group, she channels that expertise into nurturing our culture, onboarding new staff into the 'Place Way', and providing ongoing training and support for existing team members. Brittney thrives in her role and is passionate about creating a positive and empowering experience for every new starter, ensuring they feel proud and excited to be part of the Place family.
