Her experience in construction has taught her resilience and determination, while also inspiring her to mentor and support other women in the industry. Community-minded, she has also supported Queensland emergency services through local business sponsorships.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family and two cavoodles, as well as continuing her passion for home renovations.
