Amy Wolter

A valued member of the Place team for almost 20 years, Amy’s duty as Head of People and Human Resources is to work with our people to ensure they are fulfilled both personally and professionally. Amy has played a pivotal role in the evolution of our culture and loves how she now gets to use her experience to help other people within the company. Place values its staff first and foremost, and it is this sensational work environment that has been a key factor to our success. Alongside being a coach to our people, Amy leads Place’s overall HR strategy and our talent acquisition and digital recruitment strategy as well as our the overall HR strategy. Taking an on the ground approach to her role, there’s a desk for Amy in every Place office and her inbox is always open.

Since joining Place in 2019, Bronte has become a pivotal member of the HQ team. As HR Manager, Bronte’s role sees her working very closely with the HR Coordinators whilst simultaneously looking after the policies, programs and systems that make our place what it is! Bronte loves being a part of a progressive organisation that has meaning within the Brisbane community.

Tatum Green

Tatum has always loved property (so much so she has a Bachelors Degree in it) and enjoys being a part of an industry that changes on the daily. She sees her role in HR & Recruitment as an added bonus and is proud to play an instrumental part in our organisations growth. She hopes to gives the people she meets the same wonderful recruitment experience she received.

Nadine Burt

Nadine joined the career and development team at Place almost three years ago. Drawing upon her extensive background in Hospitality, PR and Events, she seamlessly transitioned into the Real Estate industry, where she has consistently excelled since. Nadine is committed to ensuring the recruitment process mirrors the warmth and inclusivity she has experienced herself, emphasising transparent career advancement aligned with individual goals. As the Team Leader, she is responsible for supporting her colleagues to ensure the best outcomes are reached for our clients.

Mike Gordon

You might not meet Mike in your recruitment experience, but rest assured he will be here to greet you when you join the team! Mike, fondly known as The Dream Manager, is one of many mentor's available to you at Place. He's here to assist you with your dreams and help you become the best version of yourself.

Angela Lentakis

Angela joins HQ's HR team from a background in a Human Resource Advisory role and Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Although new to the Real Estate industry, Angela is eager to hit the ground running, helping our Place Agency's and learning the ins and outs of Real Estate. With a core focus on the people of Place, Angela looks forward to providing her expertise to recruit and support the next exceptional candidate!

Joseph Cahill

Joey has joined the team from a similar human resources role in the legal sector. Working in the HR space, his favourite elements include building rapport and having the ability to deliver strategic advice. Although he is new to the Real Estate industry, he is looking forward to being able to deliver high quality advisory to his clientele. He was thoroughly impressed with the recruitment process when he interviewed for his role and wants to be able to provide the same experience to prospective candidates.
