"Do we deal with Dollars or People?

I began looking for a house in the Inner East of Brisbane in early 2013.  I met Darcy early on in my search at an open home and whilst I did not end up bidding on that house, I found him extremely engaging, friendly and helpful.

Fast forward six months, dozens of open homes and a few unsuccessful bids, and I was quite keen to get serious and secure a property I was happy with.  I called Darcy (with whom I had not had contact for half a year) and was surprised when he immediately remembered who I was and what kind of property I was searching for.  I hadn't experienced this with any other agent in the area, many of whom I'd seen fairly regularly at open houses over the months, so it was a nice change and left a good impression.  We arranged to meet up a couple of days later for a chat.
