‘As a coeliac myself, I was very aware of how challenging it was to eat out. I was becoming frustrated with paying too much, getting really small portions, and often getting sick because my food was not 100% gluten free (even though listed as GF on the menu).

So, we decided to combine my love of food with Rejoice’s baking talents to offer something new. We created a space where people can meet to enjoy delicious food, regardless of their food intolerances or dietary requirements. Our kitchen has dedicated gluten free zones and equipment, our staff are trained properly, and our menu has something for everyone.

We want to completely remove the stigma that gluten free is somehow inferior in terms of flavour and texture, so everything we create that is gluten free, is also delicious in its own right.’
