It’s the famous pasta locals rave about, so when it was suddenly removed from the menu, there was a huge public outcry for the delicious carby meal.
Caffe Primavera owner, Bruno Orlando, didn’t realise it would cause such a stir.
Hearing the disappointment from locals, he acted quickly to ensure they got their dose of Penne with Chicken.
“We had to get the menus reprinted and put it back on,” he says.
Bruno has owned the well-known cafe and restaurant for 19 years and this dish has been on the menu for 13 of those.
The pasta is creamy and packed with chicken, semi-sundried tomatoes and spinach.
It’s a signature dish and a must try if you’re planning on visiting Caffe Primavera.
